Opening Hours:

8am – 11am and 3:30pm – 6pm

Note: Drop off and pick up will not be permitted outside of these hours (unless arranged prior with an additional cost of $50 - $100) including Christmas and New Years Days as we are not open these days. We are closed for pick-ups and drop-offs on Christmas and New Years Days Inspections are welcomed by appointment only.

​Charges:

• Small dogs under 8kg $22 per day.
• Two small family dogs sharing under 8kg $40 per day
• Large dogs 8kg and over $24 per day.
• Two large family dogs sharing 8kg and over $44 per day
• Doggy Daycare $20 per dog per day, additional family dog $10 per dog per day.
• All Cats $14.00 per day or part day, and no Tom cats please.

4 days notice is required for any change/cancellation to booking, otherwise full booking charges ​apply (Christmas and New Year we need to be notified by 10th December for any changes).
If any animal is collected earlier than dates specified at time of booking, full booking charges still apply.

​Christmas and New Year's Bookings:

• Invoices will be sent December 1st.
• Any change/cancellation to booking we need to be notified by December 10th.
• All invoices to be paid before December 15th. NO refunds given.

​What you can bring:

• Clean sanitised blanket (something that smells of home and must be named), NO bean bags. We do supply clean and sanitised blankets during your pets stay.
• Food, if your pet is on a specific diet otherwise we feed a good quality kibble twice a day.
• Up to date vaccination book.
